4. What is your production lead time?
For stocked items, we can arrange express shipping within 5 - 7 days. For customized orders, mold opening and production generally takes approximately 10-30 days, depending on the styles and order volume.
5. Do you provide product samples?
Yes, samples can be provided upon request. Standard in-stock samples are free of charge. Customers are only responsible for the sample logistics and custom setup costs if design modification is required.
6. What are your accepted payment terms?
Our standard preferred payment terms are T/T (30% deposit upfront and 70% balance settled before shipping goods) or L/C. We also support secured transactions via trade platforms.
