What is the sample delivery time and policy?
Samples can be delivered within 5 to 7 days after the payment is completed. Please note that sample fees are refundable.
Can I choose the sizes, colors, and materials?
Yes, you are free to confirm the colors and sizes according to your specifications. Material color charts can also be provided upon request.
What are your main trade terms?
Our main trade models are EXW (Ex Works) and FOB (Free on Board).
How long does it take to ship an order?
Turnaround times vary by specific clothing style and season. Orders under 1,000 pieces can be delivered within 15–25 days. Delivery timelines for orders exceeding 1,000 pieces can be negotiated.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the sample?
If the initial samples are not satisfactory, we are willing to prepare a second sample. In this case, you will only be responsible for the shipping cost to your location.
